1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing sleep68.com you agree to these Terms of Service. Sleep68 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
2. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse service, and discontinue products. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and may vary slightly from the actual product.
3. Kickstarter Pledges
Pledges made through Kickstarter are governed by Kickstarter’s Terms of Use. Sleep68 commits to fulfilling all rewards as described in the campaign. If the campaign does not reach its funding goal, Kickstarter automatically refunds all pledges in full — you owe nothing. Sleep68 is not responsible for Kickstarter platform outages or policy changes.
4. Sleep Trial and Returns
We offer a 30-night sleep trial for all Kickstarter backers. To initiate a return: (1) Email hello@sleep68.com with your order/backer number within 30 nights of receiving your comforter. (2) We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. (3) Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Items must be returned in reasonable condition. Normal use is expected during the trial period — the comforter does not need to be in original packaging.
5. Shipping
Free shipping is included for all Kickstarter Early Bird and VIP backers within the contiguous United States. International shipping rates will be communicated via the Kickstarter backer survey. Estimated delivery: Q4 2026. Delays due to manufacturing or logistics beyond our control will be communicated promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability
Sleep68’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our products are not medical devices and do not diagnose or treat sleep disorders.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
