Sleep68 is the sleep-innovation arm of Casablanca — a Hong Kong-listed textile maker (HKEX: 2223) that has quietly produced premium bedding for three decades. Our first project under our own name: the Nova Adapt Comforter.
You know the feeling. It's 2 a.m., you're wide awake, kicking off the covers — drenched. Ten minutes later you're pulling them back because you're freezing. We built Nova Adapt to end that cycle for good, using the same craft we've spent thirty years refining for other brands you already trust.
Why we built the Nova Adapt Comforter
After three decades of making bedding for premium retailers around the world, we kept hearing the same thing from end customers: the comforter is the weakest link in the bed. Sheets breathe, mattresses cool, pillows adjust — but the layer on top traps heat, then leaves you cold, then traps heat again. No comforter actively managed temperature. They all just insulated.
So we partnered with the Beijing Institute of Graphene Technology and started over. The Nova Adapt Comforter is a dual-core system: aerospace-grade graphene fiber that generates gentle warmth on contact, and phase-change microfibers that absorb excess body heat when you run hot and release it back as you cool. Engineered around the clinically proven 68°F sleep zone.

Make actively temperature-regulated sleep accessible — through material science, not electronics or apps. Nova Adapt delivers the same overnight thermal range as smart-bed systems costing thousands more, in a machine-washable comforter that you can use forever.

The technology, in four stages
1. Block — The 300TC AeroWeave shell channels airflow in 36 directions. Cold stays out. Moisture moves through.
2. Generate — Aerospace-grade graphene fiber woven through the core. Within a minute of contact, the gentlest warmth begins.
3. Lock — A breathable reflective layer returns 98% of your body heat where it belongs. No heaviness, no stuffiness.
4. Store — Phase-change microfibers absorb excess heat when you run hot and release it the moment you cool. The thermal battery you sleep under.
